I recently put new Halfords own cheap windscreen wipers on my car and it seems that whatever I try, I can't get them to curve enough to fit the screen properly. (11/99)

I also get this problem with window wipers !!! The bottom quarter of my drivers side wiper when its in the vertical doesn't touch the window screen !! I'd be interested in a cure also !! (11/99)

Yeah I did this about 6 weeks ago. The cheep halfords ones lasted a week on my car before I got pissed off with them and went and bought some decent bosch ones. They fitted fine. (11/99)

Buy the refills for the windscreen wiper blades .. about 4 GBP a pair from the dealer in Mazda packaging .. or I did buy new blades from Mazda for the first car .. about 12 GBP the pair I seem to remember .. (I buy OE wipers after the Citroen's Bosch replacement fell off in the middle of a blizzard at 60 mph.. no fun!) (11/99)

I'll second that. Bosch ones just fitted this weekend - work a treat and dead easy to fit. Cost about 14 for the pair. (12/99)
