A long while ago there was a mail that asked "what is all that writing on the sun visor"? At the time i I remember thinking "dont stare at the sun cos it wil make you blind and crash your car" or some such like.

So upon meeting a Japanese friend the first thing I thought was Sun Visor... here it is

Top Safety Notice
1 Keep seatbelts on whilst driving.
2 be careful with children in the car when roof is down.
3 be careful of the wind blowing your stuff away when top is down.
4 use roof cover when top is down.
5 never unzip the roof whilst driving
6 make sure you secure the left and right bolts when putting the top back on.

Second Safety Notice
if car overheats then a light will flash and take it to a mechanisc. (more dubious about this translation!!!!) (8/00)
