Hello, Just want to secure some items and need to put some small self tappers behind each set on the flat shelf part. Can I do this??? with hitting anything major like the fuel tank !!! (4/00)

Best bet would be to lift the carpet from the rear shelf and take a look at exactly what you want to screw into. There is a panel secured with about 20 bolts which you should be OK to drill into but not the rear, central section as this is the cover over the fuel tank. (4/00)
